For the last six years, you’ve known us as Popo’s Pasta—handcrafting comfort, flavor, and fresh ingredients for your dining table. What started as a passion project in our home kitchen quickly turned into a community of food lovers who believe good food takes time and love.

Today, we are proud to welcome you to Pastiva.

While our name has evolved, our heart remains unchanged. We’re doubling down on what matters most: pure, authentic pasta craftsmanship. By combining traditional Italian techniques, slow-kneaded dough, and meticulously curated gourmet fillings with modern, preservative-free flash-freezing, Pastiva brings genuine trattoria-quality pasta straight to your home.

Same founding values. Uncompromising quality. Perfected technique.

Welcome to the next level of pasta. Welcome to Pastiva!
